【万博セッション】「ユースと創る、気候変動と向き合う未来」

Climate Youth Japan(CYJ)は、本日9月29日大阪・関西万博のテーマウィークスタジオにて行われる特別イベント「再生可能エネルギーと再生医療で救う未来」のクロージングセッションを開催しています。
本セッションは「ユースと創る、気候変動と向き合う未来」と題し、海外から集まるユースが「気候変動に関わりたいと思った原体験」や「気候不安（Climate Anxiety）」を出発点に、それぞれの思いや行動を共有し合い、社会に対して問いを投げかけることを目的としています。
その取り組みの１つとして、世界各地のユース団体が行う気候変動対策について“希望の事例集”として小冊子にまとめて配布します。参加者が後日読み返し、自らの次の一歩を描けるようにするためのものです。

【イベント概要】

Climate Youth Japan (CYJ) is hosting the closing session of the special event “A Future Saved by Renewable Energy and Regeneratibe Medicine” today at the Theme Week Studio of EXPO 2025 OSAKA, KANSAI, JAPAN.
This session, titled “Shaping a Climate-Resilient Future with Youth,” brings together young people from around the world. Starting from their personal experiences that motivated them to engage in climate action and their feelings of climate anxiety, participants will share their thoughts and actions while raising questions for society at large.
As part of this initiative, youth organizations from around the globe have compiled their climate action efforts into a “Casebook of Hope”, which will be distributed as a booklet. This collection is intended to help participants revisit the stories later and envision their own next steps.
